This website is run by Casa Digital, which can be contacted at antonio@casadigital.pt.

By using this website, visitors accept these terms insofar as they apply to browsing and reading public information.

The website presents Casa Digital: the free account, the CRM available by subscription, and the .PT domain management, website and app maintenance, and web, software and design development services.

Published prices are final. The development tier suited to each job is agreed with the client before work starts.

The Casa Digital account is free and is set up by Casa Digital at the client's request. The CRM and the services are hired and paid for inside the account.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, monthly or yearly, until they are cancelled. A subscription can be cancelled at any time in the account and stays active until the end of the period already paid.

The data kept in the account is not deleted when a subscription ends, and becomes available again if the subscription is resumed.

Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as the reseller (merchant of record) of Casa Digital's products and services and issues the corresponding invoices. Polar's terms also apply at the time of payment.

The prices shown are final: nothing is added at the time of payment.

Refund requests can be made through antonio@casadigital.pt and are assessed case by case.

Visitors must use the website lawfully, without attempting to compromise the security, availability or technical integrity of the service.

Copying, reusing or distributing the website's content for commercial purposes without prior permission is not allowed.

Casa Digital tries to keep its information up to date, but may change content, pages, services or prices without prior notice. A price change never applies to a period already paid.

The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, technical changes or reasons beyond Casa Digital's control.

The website may include links to external platforms, such as social profiles or email services.

Casa Digital does not control those external websites and is not responsible for their policies, content or practices.

This website does not use cookies, includes no tracking tools, runs no analytics and does not collect personal data automatically.

Nor are there public user accounts, newsletters, comment sections or forms on these legal pages.
